The warranty period starts from the date the customer collects the device. Maintenance services are only applicable to the same non-human-caused fault. The standard warranty period is 30 days (touchscreen malfunction is covered; no display or abnormal display is not covered). For devices with water damage, we cannot guarantee all functions will work normally—depending on the extent of water damage, a maximum of 7-day warranty service is provided.

Replaced parts will not be returned. All data stored in the electronic device may be lost or deleted during repairs. Customers are advised to back up their data beforehand. This center assumes no liability for data loss.

For products with hidden faults: After inspection and repair quotation, if the user requests to return the product, this center may not be able to restore the original faulty condition (including appearance, functionality, and the initial severity of the fault).

Users must collect the product within two months from the date notified by this repair center for collection. Otherwise, this repair center shall not be liable for any damage, loss, etc. of the product. If the user fails to collect the product within three months, this repair center reserves the right to dispose of the product at its discretion without any compensation.

保修期自客戶取機日開始計算•保養服務只限同一故障且非人為故障.保養期為
30天(觸 摸不正常可以保養。無顯示或者显示不正常不在保養範圍).入水故障的手機.不能保證手機全部功能正常使用,視乎入水情況,最高提供7天保養服務•
3、所更换之零件恕不退回,另電子產品內存所有資料•有可能因維修後遺失或刪除,請顧客先自行備份保存.本中心並不承擔任何责任.
4、對於有隱藏故障的產品在檢查及維修報價後,如用戶要求退回產品,本中心不一定能恢復原有故障狀況(包括外型,功能和最初程度之故障)
5、用户需在本維修中心通知取機日期開始二個月内取回產品,否则用戶產品如有損壞、遗失等情況,本維修中心概不負責如用戶三個月內還未取回產品•則本維修中心有權自行處理該產品而不作任何賠償.
6、易修通讯擁有對上述的條款及細則之最終裁決權及解釋權
